The West Haven Irish American Club holds a scholarship for a high school student yearly. Look for applications in local high school guidance counselor offices. All applicants must be related to a member of the West Haven Irish American Club.

Directions:  Please answer the following questions and attach your answers to your completed application.  Please number each of your answers. This is a competitive scholarship, so do your best to shine!

1.  List any honors or awards that you have received as well as a copy of your transcripts.

2.  List any extracurricular activities including class and school organizations that
    you have been involved with during your high school years.
